MISSION STATEMENT

     Franklin Elementary School will engage in on-going comprehensive needs assessments to determine levels of school performance related to standards and expectations and the effectiveness of current instructional practices.

     Franklin Elementary School will implement research based instructional programs and practices that will enable the students to meet and/or exceed standards and expectations.

     Franklin Elementary School will engage in on going staff development to insure that all staff are prepared to meet the needs of their students.

     Franklin Elementary School will involve parents in the development and implementation of policies.

VISION STATEMENT

     Franklin Elementary School, in partnership with parents and community, will create a caring, supportive, and challenging learning environment. Students will develop intellectually, emotionally, and physically to their highest potential, and become life-long learners and achievers.
